Summary
Streams is available as a set of Docker containers deployable in Kubernetes by using a Helm chart. For a summary of the system requirements, see Install Streams.
Important changes
It is important, especially when upgrading from an earlier version, to be aware of the following changes in the behavior or operation of the product in this new version.
Streams third-parties upgrade
The Nginx Ingress Controller third-party library has been upgraded to version 1.1.1
. As a result of the Nginx library upgrade, the minimum supported version of Kubernetes is now 1.1.19
. For more information, see Prerequisites to installing Streams.
Note
You must ensure that your Kubernetes cluster is at minimum in version1.1.19
. If not, upgrade it before upgrading Streams, or Kubernetes will reject the networking.k8s.io/v1
ingress APIs that come along with the Nginx upgrade.
